Job Description :
- communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- handling customer inquiries
- coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve products, services, and operational processes.
- Meet service quality standards, response time (SLA), and customer satisfaction KPIs
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory. HSK certification is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Inquiry, Call Center, or a related role. Fresh graduates with excellent Mandarin communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English, and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work under shift schedules if required.
