We are looking for a Casino Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our online casino platform. This role combines game administration, lobby and shop management, supplier coordination, and performance analysis to help ensure a smooth and engaging player experience.
You don’t need previous casino management experience to succeed in this role. We’re looking for someone who is organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Experience in administration, operations, customer support, e-commerce, or a similar environment would be a strong advantage.
What You’ll Do:
- Upload and configure casino games in the back-office system.
- Validate new game releases to ensure they function correctly, including bet amounts, game settings, and overall game behavior.
- Manage and optimize the casino lobby structure, including game categories, positioning, and visibility.
- Coordinate with game providers regarding releases, configurations, promotional campaigns, and content updates.
- Monitor the performance of games and the casino lobby, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly reports and operational summaries.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Product, CRM, and Customer Support to ensure consistent execution across casino operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, gaming, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Interest in online gaming, digital entertainment, or data-driven operations.
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Fluency in English.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with CMS, back-office, or content management systems.
- Familiarity with online casino games, providers, or promotional mechanics.
