About the Role
Center Administrative Coordinators (CACs) are integral to our team, providing essential support to both clients and counselors. As a CAC, you will be the first point of contact for clients, support counselors in delivering the best possible service, and help optimize center operations so that more people can access care. We are looking for a professional with strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous development.

Unit 3103, Apt 101, Lotte Castle President 109 Mapo-daero, Mapo-gu, Seoul
Working Hours
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, (11:30am-8:30pm on weekdays, 8:30am-5:30pm on Saturdays) Consecutive Sunday-Monday off)
- 8 hours per day
Compensation
- Salary: â‚©32,000,000 – â‚©38,000,000, commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
• Client support. Assist in-person clients and handle general inquiries by phone and email.
• Communication coordination. Facilitate communication between clients and counselors, and collaborate across teams (Billing, Intake, Therapist Success).
• Scheduling & payment management. Manage counseling schedules (bookings, changes, cancellations) and maintain payment and billing records.
• Insurance coordination. Verify client insurance policies and coordinate with international insurance providers.
• Operations & project involvement. Participate in process improvement, system optimization, and service-quality projects (e.g., Notion-based workflow design, booking-process simplification, scheduling automation).
• Facility management. Maintain the center environment (waiting room, counseling rooms) and handle opening and closing procedures.
Required Qualifications
• Professional working proficiency in English and Korean
• Legal authorization to work in South Korea (no visa sponsorship provided)
• Commitment to long-term employment (minimum 1+ years)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with, or willingness to learn, tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, and Notion
• Background in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare-related work
• Strong attention to detail, prioritization, time management, and problem-solving
• Adaptability and change-management ability in a growing organization
• Team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills
Counseling-center experience is not required. We welcome applicants with customer-service experience from any industry.
