As a key member of the executive team, you will play a prominent role of the overall management of the company, including major strategic and business decisions.
My client is a European based, life science company, who own several medical companies in the United States. They are looking for a CEO to lead one of their subsidiaries, which is a diabetic supply company.
The company is well established, with an existing staff, and earning potential. You will need to be an experienced leader, with documented success in medical supplies and contract negotiations.
Requirements for the Role
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance, particularly related to Medicare and accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated financial management experience, including oversight of budgeting, reporting, and operational performance
- Ability to serve in required legal and administrative capacities (e.g., PTAN-related responsibilities, Administrator designation, and authorized legal official as needed)
- Proven leadership in managing operational transitions, such as facility relocations and organizational scaling
- Experience supporting pharmacy integration initiatives, including working with a newly established pharmacy and coordinating contracting with insurance companies to support competitive bidding requirements
- Strong communication and team leadership skills to ensure alignment across clinical, administrative, and compliance functions
- Attention to detail and accountability in maintaining regulatory standing and organizational integrity
- Regularly report all relevant material conditions and performance to the VP of Healthcare in Europe. Including financials, operations, U.S and European regulations compliance, P&C balance sheet, forecasting, and attend quarterly business review meetings.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, growth, net profit, profitability, for company’s plans and performance objectives.

- Proven leader who can motivate and meet operational requirements
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Ability to report and present to HQ in Europe
- Reside in or near the Columbus area.

- Total 1st year earnings potential 210-220K.
