Who are we looking for:

Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and drive effective programs that enable channel partners to achieve the company's Postpaid and Fiber performance targets
- Monitor, review, analyze & design channel programs that are able to keep sales force excited and motivated (ensure these programs are compatible with the industry standard). Setting performance objectives and updating as and when needed
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop products and services, optimize operations, and lead channel model transition and harmonization initiatives
- Review SOPs and operational frameworks to identify improvement opportunities, streamline ways of working, and drive harmonization in support of CelcomDigi's business goals
- Continuously enhance channel platforms and deliver tailored solutions to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- At least 5 years in working experience in Business Model / Sales Management / Planning / Performance Management, preferably working in a Planning role in a medium to large business setting. Experience in channel model will be added bonus but not necessary a requirement
- Able to resolve conflict and connect various stakeholders/ departments together to produce synergized effective outcomes. Having skills in project management is added bonus
- Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging communication materials and reports for both internal and external Management team and key stakeholders
- Creative, detailed and result oriented, self-motivated working under minimal supervision, ability to handle multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines, demonstrated composure under stress and in times of uncertainty
