The Role

As a Health Insurance Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for processing, reviewing, and managing health insurance claims accurately and efficiently. You will collaborate closely with medical providers, reinsurers, and internal teams to ensure claims are handled professionally, transparently, and in line with policy terms.

Key Responsibilities

* Review, assess, and process incoming health insurance claims.

* Verify submitted documentation for completeness and accuracy.

* Liaise with healthcare providers, reinsurers, and members to gather or clarify information.

* Ensure compliance with policy terms, procedures, and regulatory standards.

* Accurately enter and update claim information in the system.

* Identify and escalate complex or high-value claims as needed.

* Communicate claim decisions clearly to internal teams and external partners.

* Handle member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

* 1–3 years of experience in health insurance, medical billing, or claims administration (preferred).

* Strong understanding of health insurance terminology and claims processes.

* Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

* Effective communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with claims processing software is a plus.

* A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to confidentiality.

* Fluency in English. Any other language will be seen as an advantage

* Applicants must be permanent residents of Cyprus
