Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited Is Seeking a Suitable Candidate To Join Insurance Operation Services – Client Data Management Team In The Capacity Of
Client Relationship Associate (Contract)
Provide clerical assistance within the Government Administration unit to process member data received for the various accounts under the Government Portfolio (GEASO & GPASO) which includes, but not limited to; monthly membership reconciliation and pulling/ filing of enrolment cards.
Assist with the preparation of premium submission and dispatching of correspondence & health within the established Service Level Agreements.
Location: Kingston
As a Client Relationship Associate, You Will
- Perform routinely membership reconciliation with member data received from Group Listings to identify and process i.e., additions, cancellations, plan transfers and reinstatements.
- Assist with batch processing of enrolments, reinstatements, terminations, and plan transfers.
- Assist with daily adjustments.
- Assist with the submission of incoming premium payments for posting.
- Sort and file enrolment cards, correspondence, payment listings.
- Prepare correspondence notices, request health cards and dispatch to the relevant Field Services Officer (FSO) and Bearers.
- Prepare monthly report for submission to immediate supervisor as requested.
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned from time to time.
What do you need?
- Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Two (2) years’ experience in the Life Insurance Industry.
- AHIP (Parts A & B) optional.
- Knowledge of local Data Privacy legislation.
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Sound time management, human relations, and communication (oral/written) skills.
- Keen attention to details.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
