Are you passionate about teaching and helping others build the confidence to use systems to their fullest potential? We’re looking for an experienced trainer or educator to join our growing team and deliver clear, engaging training to customers around the world.
In this role, you’ll help users get the most out of our Entity Management platform — a digital tool that supports organizations in managing their corporate records, compliance responsibilities, and legal structures. Through webinars, one-on-one sessions, and tailored training programs, you’ll play a key part in driving customer success through education.

What You’ll Do:
Lead live training sessions (webinars and 1:1 sessions) for global customers on how to use our business platform effectively
Create and deliver easy-to-understand training tailored to both new and experienced users
Collaborate with customer onboarding teams to understand training needs
Work closely with product and account teams to provide training on new features and updates
Collect and share feedback from training sessions to help improve the platform and learning experience
Host special training sessions when new features or releases launch
Support customer success by ensuring users are confident in using our tools
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of experience in teaching, training, customer service, or a related field
Excellent presentation and communication skills (you’re comfortable leading webinars and explaining complex topics clearly)
Strong organizational and time management skills
A customer-focused mindset — you’re patient, responsive, and solutions-oriented
Ability to work independently and adapt to new tools quickly
Experience using virtual meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, GoToMeeting)
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus
Bonus: Experience in SaaS or legal/compliance software is helpful, but not required
