About the role
Exciting opportunity for a diligent and motivated Clinical Assistant to join the team at Alpha Chiropractic Health Pte Ltd. As a full-time Clinical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support within our vibrant healthcare practice located in Tanjong Pagar. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our patients.
What you’ll be doing
Greeting and welcoming patients, ensuring a friendly and professional reception
Assisting with patient intake and registration processes
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean and hygienic wellness clinic
Performing administrative tasks and providing support to the clinical team
Ensuring a high standard of customer service and patient satisfaction
Ensure smooth daily operation
Procurement – manage and purchase clinic supplies; perform clinic stock take
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with patients of all backgrounds
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in using computer systems and software for administrative tasks
Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a passion for delivering quality patient care
