Job Duties
To handle company secretarial services for Hong Kong and offshore companies
To assist senior officer in performing secretarial services
To assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements for Hong Kong and offshore companies
To maintain up-to-date e-filing system
To assist in other ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Diploma in relevant discipline/Company Secretarial Studies/Corporate Administration or university graduate
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with colleagues at all levels
Self-motivated, detail-minded and multi-tasking
Proficient in PC applications such as Microsoft Office and CSA
Experience in company secretarial work would be an advantage
