📍 Work Location: QTSC1, Quang Trung Software City, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
🎧 SCOPE OF WORK
- Manage & Moderate Content: Review various content types including podcasts, videos, playlist titles, user profiles, playlists, album art, and other user-generated content.
- Live Stream Monitoring: Listen to live audio streams to moderate content and ensure alignment with community guidelines.
- Issue Handling: Receive leads through client tools to evaluate and process content appropriately.
- Data Tracking: Engage and record outcomes of content using specified programs, tools, spreadsheets, or other systems. Track all moderation activities using client-commissioned tools.
🎯 REQUIREMENTS
- Language Proficiency: Minimum B2-level English certificate with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Cultural Awareness: Deep understanding of regional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuances within your native language.
- Soft Skills: High level of maturity and judgment to accurately identify and handle sensitive vs. non-sensitive content.
- Flexibility: Ability to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
💸 INCOME & BENEFITS
- Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month.
- Meal Allowance: 500,000 VND/month.
- Monthly KPI Incentive: Up to 1,200,000 VND/month.
- Probation Policy: 100% salary during the 2-month probation time.

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE
- Working Days: 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
- Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).
- Rotating Shifts: 9 hours/shift/month (including 1.5 hours rest).
