Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a Concierge Officer with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree from any major are welcome to apply.
- Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to speak other international languages is a plus point.
- Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
- Outstanding customer service skills are required.
- Technology savvy.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Well-groomed.
- Pleasant personality.
Job Descriptions:
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard
- Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia’s promotional programs and activities.
- Administer G CARD transactions
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate & prompt solutions.
