Project Administrator / Executive Support
DGC – Central Arkansas
DGC is a Central Arkansas–based commercial general contractor with over 34 years of successful operations. We are seeking a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy professional to support our company executives and project managers.
This is an active, performance-driven role that directly impacts our competitiveness and project success. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities while working independently.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide direct support to company leadership and project managers
· Solicit and track subcontractor and vendor bids using SmartBid
· Conduct consistent outbound follow-up to ensure strong trade coverage
· Assist with drafting and processing subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders using Sage Construction Management
· Expedite and track project submittals
· Maintain organized electronic project documentation using PlanGrid
· Coordinate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and vendors
· Track tasks and ensure follow-through on key project priorities
Qualifications
· Prior experience in commercial construction administration preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Professional and confident phone presence
· Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
· Experience with Sage Project Management, SmartBid, and PlanGrid preferred
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
· Willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry
Compensation and Benefits
· Hourly position: $24–$30 per hour based on experience
· Overtime paid in accordance with applicable labor laws
