🎯 The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Content Moderator to review and monitor user-generated content across digital platforms. You will help ensure content complies with company policies, community guidelines, and regulatory requirements while supporting a safe and positive user experience.

🚀 What You’ll Do

  • Review, monitor, and moderate user-generated content including text, images, videos, comments, and profiles
  • Evaluate content against community guidelines, platform policies, and regulatory standards
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, misleading, or policy-violating content
  • Escalate complex moderation cases and potential risks to relevant teams
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and case decisions
  • Monitor emerging content trends and identify potential platform risks
  • Collaborate with policy, trust & safety, operations, and customer support teams
  • Contribute to improving moderation processes, workflows, and quality standards
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality performance targets
  • Participate in regular training and policy update sessions

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience in content moderation, trust & safety, customer support, operations, social media management, or related roles
  • Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies consistently and accurately
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • Good emotional resilience and professionalism when reviewing sensitive content
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based platforms

🌟 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with social media platforms, online communities, digital marketplaces, or content-sharing platforms
  • Familiarity with trust & safety, platform operations, compliance, or risk management functions
  • Experience using moderation, ticketing, or case management systems
  • Multilingual communication skills are advantageous
  • Understanding of online safety, misinformation, spam prevention, and community management practices
