Role Description The Content Traffic Management role at Cinta Quran Foundation is a full-time, on-site position based in Tangerang. This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the flow of digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring timely production, approval, and publication in line with editorial and campaign calendars. Day-to-day tasks include managing content timelines, assigning tasks to writers and designers, tracking progress, and resolving bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflows. The role also involves maintaining content documentation, aligning stakeholders on priorities, monitoring performance metrics, and suggesting improvements to processes and scheduling. Collaboration with marketing, creative, and technical teams is key to ensure that content supports organizational goals and is delivered consistently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience in content traffic management, content coordination, or project coordination in a digital or media environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with content calendars, task management tools, and basic workflow or project management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting content schedules, approvals, and publication records.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and departments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Understanding of digital content channels (web, social media, email) and how content is planned and distributed across them.
- Ability to work on-site in Tangerang on a full-time basis and maintain professional conduct aligned with the foundation’s values.
- Relevant education or experience in communications, media, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
