Contract Administrator (Legal Admin Focus) – Hybrid | Burlington, ON

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-orientedContract Administrator to join a dynamic team in the marine transportation industry. This is a permanent full-time position offering a hybrid work schedule and excellent benefits.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a key bridge between the operational risk and sales teams , you’ll handle contract administration and support the day-to-day legal and administrative duties related to contracts. Your role will focus on reviewing contracts, updating documentation, and managing contract renewals and compliance through Hub Spot and Docu Sign.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and update contract terms, tax forms, and documentation

Manage contract workflows in Hub Spot (CRM) and Docu Sign

Ensure contract accuracy and completeness prior to approval

Liaise with internal departments (risk, sales, commercial) to ensure smooth contract execution

Support with administrative duties related to contracts

Identify any missing or incorrect information in agreements and work to resolve them quickly

Help alleviate workload from the current team by managing incoming contract tasks efficiently

What You Bring:

3–7 years of experience in contract administration, legal administration, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with legal documents

Proficiency with Hub Spot and Docu Sign (required)

Working knowledge of Excel and general legal/contract terminology
