Contract Administrator | High-End Fit-Out & Refurbishment Projects | CBD Location 8-Week Contract | Immediate Start | Potential Extension

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering premium projects across the CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a capable CA who can step into a live project environment and provide immediate support to a high-performing delivery team. Initially offered as an 8-week contract, there is a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate.

The Role Working closely with the Project Manager and site team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Administration of subcontract packages and supplier agreements
  • Processing and assessment of subcontractor progress claims
  • Management of variations and contract documentation
  • Procurement support and trade package administration
  • Cost tracking and reporting assistance
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Contract correspondence and stakeholder communication
  • Maintaining project documentation and records through Procore

About You To be considered, you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
  • Exposure to commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced project environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A proactive and self-sufficient approach to project delivery

Essential Requirements

  • Procore experience is mandatory
  • Available to commence immediately or at short notice
  • Experience working for a head contractor or fit-out specialist
