Intrepid Vietnam DMC is our very first DMC, and during our 20 years of operations, it has also consistently been our most popular destination globally. Now, we want to welcome a Contracting Assistant, Vietnam into this hallowed space to help us pull off the best trips for the best price.
In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with hotels, transport, and experience providers. You’ll provide administrative support to the manager in drafting competitive prices, tightening contracts and building our system knowledge. You’ll help negotiate and maintain the most advantageous terms and follow up on supplier performance and compliance. In essence, your contribution will ensure we have a ready-to-pick catalogue of suitable and profitable product options. Your work will set our Sales and internal teams up for success in creating itineraries that match the customer’s needs. You’ll be working on external booking systems, Travel Studio, and other internal platforms. Perhaps most excitingly, you’ll be doing all this while collaborating with industry experts from all over the world!

This is a full-time, permanent position operating out of our Hanoi office in Vietnam.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
- Minimum 1 year experience within the travel or hospitality industry.
- Experience using booking / pricing systems, ideally including Travel Studio.
- Proven accuracy in data entry and loading.
- Strong English writing and listening skills.
- General computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
