Job Purpose
The Core HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations, compliance with local regulations, and timely execution of employee-related processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting tax and social insurance processes, payroll administration, and vendor payment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Records Management
- Maintain and organize employee records in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
- Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Tax & Social Insurance Administration
- Support Personal Income Tax (PIT) registration for employees and their dependents.
- Assist with annual tax finalization and related tax administration.
- Support social insurance administration, including enrollment, updates, and termination procedures.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding administrative processes.
- Prepare employment-related documentation, including termination paperwork.
- Ensure timely completion of employee exit processes.
Employee Engagement Support
- Coordinate employee recognition and engagement activities, including gift distribution and milestone celebrations.
- Support employee welfare and internal engagement initiatives.
Vendor & Payment Administration
- Process invoices and coordinate payments for HR-related vendors.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation for payment processing.
Payroll Administration
- Maintain and update employee payroll data.
- Review and reconcile HR data to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
