The Job!
As the Corporate Actions Administrator, you are key to successful day-to-day operations in the firm. You will:
Assist with various administrative tasks.
Process voluntary and mandatory corporation actions on clients’ securities.
Manage daily processing activities from start to finish.
Coordinate reorganizations, redemptions, bankruptcies, etc.
Set up and process full and partial calls.
Support set up and processing of class actions.
Review information and reconcile inaccuracies.
Ensure the utmost accuracy of necessary information.
Gather and organize information related to corporate actions.
Manage deadlines for time-sensitive matters.
Other tasks as assigned.

Post-secondary
education
in a relevant field, preferred
Experience with
