We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and eager to

learn and grow

within a

team. In this role, you’ll work alongside a

collaborative

group of paralegals while also taking ownership of your own files in a

fast-paced

, high-volume practice.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of sales, purchases, financing, and leasing transactions—from initiation to completion

Depending on experience, this person may take on a more senior role preparing substantive documentation for M&A and Financial Services transactions

Prepare documents, track key dates and deliverables, and provide timely updates throughout each transaction

Communicate daily with both internal and external stakeholders

Support internal teams on real estate structures involving joint ventures, limited partnerships, and trusts

Handle trust accounting and track account details related to transactions

Conduct due diligence related to land and environmental matters

Utilize ECORE/Agent services as needed

Collaborate with team members across all offices, providing cross-office and multi-jurisdictional support

Work closely with the Real Estate Team to prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely documentation

Qualifications:

Intermediate to senior-level experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Familiarity with commercial lending is considered a strong asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Land Titles Office (LTO) forms, including registration requirements and e-filing

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities

Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
