Job Summary:
Are you passionate about numbers, data analysis, and improving manufacturing performance? Join our team as a Costing Executive and play a key role in supporting factory operations through cost analysis, inventory control, and operational reporting.
In this role, you will prepare cost and KPI reports, analyze production and inventory data, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy of operational information. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support informed business decisions and drive continuous operational improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Data collection, verification, analysis and preparing for Factory Operation KPI and Operation Meeting's presentation materials for monthly meeting.
- Preparing consumption reports for raw material, packaging material, consumable items, utilities and labour cost.
- Data collection and verification for Production and Packing monthly output.
- Verification and reconciliation of Finished Goods and Gloves Inventory.
- Performing ad-hoc adjustment in system.
- Data verification and closing of physical stocks for material balancing.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data collection, data reconciliation and data entry.
- Perform monthly stock count verification.
- Variance investigation, verification and reporting.
- Perform internal audit task as requested by management.
- Completion of reports within the timeliness
- Policy compliance audit to ensure the SOP is follow and perform accordingly.
- Perform any assigned task or new direction by Management
Qualification & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, costing, inventory control, operations analysis, or production planning is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in preparing cost reports, manufacturing KPI reports, inventory reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Experience in stock count verification, material balancing, and production data analysis will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, JDE) and Microsoft Excel is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data accurately.
