Master Suki Soup Co., Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Costing Supervisor to join our team in Phnom Penh.
Position: Costing Supervisor
Department: Finance / Cost Control
Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control food & beverage costs.
• Prepare and analyze food cost and consumption reports.
• Check inventory, wastage, and variance reports.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Operations teams.
• Ensure accurate costing and inventory transactions in the system.
• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Support monthly costing closing and reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Control, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
