JOB DESCRIPTION:

exciting

opportunity for

customer care

advisor in Oldham. Our client is looking for an experienced, fast paced, and hardworking CCA to join their team, with an immediate start. This is initially a 6 month temp role.

Working hours

Monday to Friday

8am – 4pm / 8:30 – 4:30pm

40 hours per week

Daily responsibilities will include:

Supporting other members on the help desk team as and when required.

Taking incoming calls from customers and clients

Booking repairs

To provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support

Identify client requirements through telephone, CAFM Helpdesk system, and e-mail communications.

Raise and manage to completion PPM and reactive work orders in the CAFM System to deliver KPIs.

To prepare reports and documents as required and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements for the role

Admin/helpdesk experience

Reactive repairs & housing experience

Reliable

Organised
