£12.50 – £13.50 per hour DOE
Outskirts of Bury St Edmunds
8:00am-5pm with one hour for lunch
Monday – Thursday: office-based, Friday:

Our Client based near Bury St Edmunds is searching for an ambitious team player to join their team as a Customer Service Administrator on a temporary basis, to ensure that all orders and queries are dealt with in a timely and accurate manor, providing an excellent level of service to their customers- exceeding their expectations. The successful candidate will work with members of the team to ensure all Customer Service functions are dealt with to the same high standard.
Main
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Ensuring strict
communication
is kept with multiple departments to ensure that the Customer Account is as efficient as possible
• Maintaining the company CRM system
• To meet team objectives and KPIs and identify ways to continually improve
• To receive and deal with any questions from both Customers and internal departments, involving the Customer Service manager when issues are raised
• To liaise with the warehouse, logistics and all internal departments on a day to day basis to ensure that the customers orders are completed and delivered as requested
Key Skills:
• Great

and excellent understanding of the business and products
• Excellent

• Previous experience using SAP
• Able to extract and present data
