Ability to promote great customer service and manage higher call volume with our BDC department
Toyota and Volvo brand training
Will help maintain highest level of customer service
Answering calls and working with departments to help customers
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills and people skills
Able to work within a great team
Demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license
