Role Summary
We are looking for an organized, results-driven Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to manage our export logistics operations, oversee inventory control, and ensure smooth customer order fulfillment. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining customs compliance, optimizing warehouse flow, and driving continuous process improvements.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Export & Domestic Logistics: Manage export documentation (Invoices, Packing Lists, Form D, customs docs), coordinate international dispatches with forwarders/couriers, ensure HS code compliance, and back up domestic shipping during peak periods.
- Warehouse & Inventory Control: Oversee warehouse space, enforce strict FIFO/FEFO principles, lead stock counts, manage quarantine/disposal stock, and drive CAPA for discrepancies.
- Customer Support & Collaboration: Provide proactive delivery updates to clients, resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, QA/QC, and Finance.
- Systems, Improvement & Compliance: Maintain data integrity in ERP/WMS/Edoc systems, track logistics KPIs, and uphold strict compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards and safety guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of export documentation, customs regulations, Incoterms, and ISO standards/audits. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/WMS systems (or Edoc.com) is a plus.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Core Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, solid negotiation skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
