Position: Customer Service officer (UAE Family Book Holders Only)
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Â Interact with applicants/visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Information and Assistance: Â Provide accurate and
up-to-date
information on application procedures, requirements, and related services. Assist applicants in filling out application forms and guide them through the process. Document Verification: Â Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary supporting materials are included.
Appointment Schedules: Â Manage appointment schedules and ensure timely processing of applications. Assist in the coordination of visa processes and other related services. Issue Resolution: Â Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve them to the customer’s satisfaction. Data Entry: Â Accurately input applicant information into our systems, maintaining a high level of data integrity. Administrative Support: Â Provide general administrative support to the Visa Application Centre operations, including record-keeping, handling phone inquiries, and managing customer queues.
Job
Requirements and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus. Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills. Customer
service-oriented
with a strong dedication to
customer satisfaction
