Customer Service Representative
Become the voice of support — helping customers with billing, inquiries, smart meters, reconnections, and more!
📍Work Location:
- Jalan Timur, Petaling Jaya
🕒 Working Hours:
- Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Rotational: 8am–5pm, 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm)
- Weekends/Public Holidays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5 working days + 2 off days (Rotational)
Education Requirement:
- Diploma or Degree
