Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the office system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Familiarity with cash handling procedures is desirable.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in using office software and technology for record keeping and communication.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $19.17 – $20.29 per hour
