Job Description:
- Production Planning: Prepare production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts, ensuring smooth production flow and alignment with plans.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, minimize stock-outs and excess stock, and recommend actions for slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Demand & Forecast Management: Analyze forecasts and sales trends, and recommend actions to manage demand fluctuations.
- Order Fulfillment: Align production plans with delivery requirements and coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams for timely shipments.
- Export Compliance: Ensure export shipments comply with regulations and monitor changes in export control requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies, keeping updated on relevant changes.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree and above in relevant fields
- Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics/demand planning. Having customs knowledge/experience would be an added advantage
- Able to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage for stakeholder management
