At Atrium, teamwork isn’t just a word-it’s how we succeed together. Hear from Sofia a current DHR:

“Atrium has played a significant role in my growth as a leader by encouraging me to expand my knowledge, participate in the supervisory skills program, and learn new aspects of the business. Having a supportive mentor and an inspiring boss has also been instrumental in my development.”

What You’ll Do:

Be a strategic advisor to operational leaders on all employment matters, including: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment, Compensation Strategy & Planning, Benefits Education & Administration, Employee Development, Training & Career Pathing, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution, Compliance Management and Risk Mitigation
