We are looking for a Dispatch Officer (派遣元責任者) to support the operational and regulatory setup of our staffing and contractor dispatch activities in Japan.
This role is essential for ensuring compliance with Japanese labor dispatch regulations and coordinating administrative operations related to dispatched contractors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Operations & Administration
- Oversee contractor dispatch operations and administrative processes
- Manage documentation, translations, and office administrative support
- Maintain compliance records for dispatched workers
Worker Management & Compliance
- Share employment conditions and client information with dispatched workers
- Maintain the Dispatching Undertaking Management Record (派遣元管理台帳)
- Provide career consultation and support to dispatched personnel
- Handle worker inquiries and complaints
Client Coordination
- Coordinate with client companies regarding work conditions and assignments
- Ensure proper communication between workers and client organizations
Training & Career Development
- Organize training and development programs for dispatched workers
- Support long-term career planning initiatives
Health & Safety Compliance
- Coordinate workplace safety processes with client organizations
- Ensure compliance with labor and workplace regulations
✅ Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Currently residing in Japan
- Willingness to obtain the Dispatching Officer certification (if not already obtained within the last 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years experience in one of the following areas:
- Employment management
- Staffing / labor dispatch operations
- Employment agency operations
- Labor standards administration
For non-Japanese nationals:
Appropriate visa status allowing work in Japan.
