We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding, including offers, approvals, and candidate communication.
- Prepare monthly financial, loan, productivity, and operational reports using tools such as Power BI and MyScore.
- Track MBR returns and GuildU reporting.
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, hotels, and event planning.
- Process expense reports, invoices, compensation changes, and bonus entries.
- Support recruiting efforts through LinkedIn and Instagram outreach.
- Serve as a resource for branch managers regarding day-to-day operational needs.
- Track meeting agendas, action items, and follow-up items.
- Maintain organizational charts and other administrative records.
- Coordinate employee recognition efforts, including cards and gifts.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work independently.
- Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels.
Preferred
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
- Experience with pro formas, budgeting, or break-even analysis.
