Position: Document Controller (Project Admin)

Job Description:
Manage and handle documents, records and maintain an organized filing system.
Perform daily administrative duties, including answering phone calls etc Provide general administrative & secretarial support to Project Manager Provide support to engineers in compiling report, drawings and project related documents for submission
Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
Arrange and attend meetings to record minutes and distribute minutes of meetings
Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
Securely backup all documentation
Abide to the Environmental, Safety and Health regulations (Internal & External)
Requirements:
Minimum “N/O” level / Professional certificate
Minimum 2 years of Administrative experience
Experience dealing with LTA project preferred
Proficient in MS Office, including Words and Excel Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and organized
Good
communication skills
with all level and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Details-oriented, good coordinating skills.
