ABOUT THE JOB
You will be responsible for supporting Heads of Engineering and Product Digital to run the Digital Domain in Vietnam
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continuous review and adoption of relevant tools to improve domain processes
- Maintaining accurate data and an up-to-date view of all digital funded resources in Vietnam
- Maintaining up to mailing list (DLs) data
- Support in data collection and analysis of any roll out of Digital Pulse checks, collation of results and actions plans
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in Administration or Personal Assistant or similar support role.
- Strong communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
- Experienced on event organization and good at time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders effectively.
