We are looking for a meticulous and analytical E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize day-to-day marketplace operations for our Shopee store. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth campaign execution, accurate product and pricing management, and operational alignment between internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ecommerce operations including product uploads, listing maintenance, pricing updates, and stock synchronization across platforms.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and analyze operational data to support business and sales improvements.
- Coordinate and execute marketplace campaigns such as double date promotions, payday sales, flash sales, and brand campaigns.
- Ensure product information, pricing, and promotional mechanics remain accurate and consistent.
- Monitor order processing flow and proactively resolve operational issues such as listing errors, overselling, delayed fulfillment, or pricing discrepancies.
- Analyze competitor activities, platform trends, and campaign results to recommend operational and sales optimization strategies.
- Maintain operational SOP compliance and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ecommerce store performance.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree or above from any majors; passionate about e-commerce industry development.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat, WFO 100% and can join ASAP.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Having a proven exceptional experience of 1-2 years in managing e-commerce seller store.
- Strong understanding of Shopee platform backend systems, experienced in managing other platforms is a plus point.
- Detail-oriented, proactive in identifying operational issues, and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to monitor and evaluate CTR, conversion rate, ROI, and ROAS performance metrics.
