Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations and administrative activities across multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Maintain accurate product listings, including product information, pricing, inventory, descriptions, and promotional content.
- Monitor and optimize store performance by utilizing marketplace features, promotional tools, and campaign opportunities.
- Ensure all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate marketplace campaigns and promotional events initiated by both the company and marketplace partners.
- Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure inventory accuracy and smooth order fulfillment.
- Support continuous improvements to operational processes that enhance customer experience and business performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Admin, Marketplace Admin, Sales Admin, or in a similar roll in fashion retail industry
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including Shopify, Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or ERP.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork abilities.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-driven environment.
- Relevant certifications in e-commerce, digital commerce, or related fields will be considered an advantage.
