Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site entry-level communication role based in Kuala Lumpur. The team member will support day-to-day communication activities, including assisting with internal communication updates, and helping prepare event-related content. The role involves coordinating with marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, supporting communication plans for roadshows and client campaigns, and maintaining clear information flow within the organization. The person in this role will also be provided mentorship and training.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills, with an interest in learning how to align messages with business and marketing objectives.
- Candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills, professional conduct in client-facing situations, and a collaborative mindset.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Kuala Lumpur and willing to participate in events, roadshows, and team activities.
- A diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is beneficial but not strictly required; relevant internships or project experience are an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, and additional language skills commonly used in Malaysia, is considered an asset.
