Entry-Level Esthetician / Front Desk Receptionist Jobs in Seattle, WA at Dermaspace Inc.
Pay Rate: $21-$22/hour + tips (eventually)
Location: DERMASPACE – Downtown Seattle, WA
Schedule: 4 days per week (Wed–Sat) Hours are dependent on bookings – Max Hours 9:30am-7pm

DERMASPACE is a boutique skincare studio in downtown Seattle known for our results-focused treatments and our signature Iderm Deep Ionization Facial. We’re a small, passionate team looking for someone friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented to support us at the front desk while gaining hands-on experience in the skincare industry.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring a licensed esthetician with some experience—or someone currently finishing esthetics school and preparing to take their state board exams. This is an entry-level position that combines front desk responsibilities with the opportunity to gradually begin taking clients in the future. Ideal for someone looking to grow into a full-time esthetician role over time.
Primary Responsibilities:
Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, respond to voicemails, texts, and emails
Assist with scheduling and managing client inquiries
Maintain cleanliness of the front lobby and reception area & breakroom
Support estheticians with room turnover, laundry, prep and supply restocking
Eventually taking a limited number of facial clients each day as skills and schedule allow
Assist with daily operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
Licensed esthetician (or near completion of esthetics program and preparing for boards)
At least 1 year of front desk or customer service experience
Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills
Highly organized and comfortable multitasking
Interest in skincare and desire to grow within the field
Must be available 4 days a week (Wed–Sat), including some evenings
Able to commute easily to our downtown Seattle location
Spa/salon experience a plus
