We are accepting applications for a contract-to-hire Executive Administrative Assistant position supporting our CEO and Founder as our organization continues to grow in the Richardson area.

What You Will Do

Executive / Administrative Support

  • Report directly to, and provide executive assistance and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • We work in a hybrid environment. Required to be in the office whenever needed outside of the in-office days.
  • Work with in-office and remote team members on a variety of administrative projects
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Assist CEO with personal errands occasionally, as needed

Operational Management

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for new hires (drafting job descriptions, sourcing and managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication).
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, and assist with human resources functions.
  • Oversee onboarding/offboarding processes and help manage basic employee communications and HR documentation.
  • Draft and manage internal communications from the executive team to ensure clarity and organizational alignment.
  • Assist in managing the company's social media presence, basic website updates, or coordinating materials for company presentations and events.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining hardware inventory
  • Prepare, submit, and track detailed expense reports and manage invoices to ensure compliance with company policy.

Office Management

  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, ordering supplies, picking up mail, and maintaining electronic files.
  • Manage, prioritize, and maintain schedules including appointments, travel arrangements, and global team meeting logistics
  • Coordinate and communicate with varied vendors for CEO and organization needs
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members and vendors on behalf of the Leap Metrics team
  • Plan and organize company events

Requirements

  • Strong office management skills. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with examples (C-suite level communications ideal)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to work on complex, confidential projects independently
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, on multiple projects, with the flexibility needed to meet the needs of a start-up environment
  • Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks, provide proactive status updates and meet deadlines independently
  • Fiscal responsibility
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years in administrative support with 1 year supporting executive or senior leadership)
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
