Responsible for production planning, JO issuance, PR issuance, parts receiving and administration job.
Responsibilities
- Generate inventory report, production report and delivery report on regular basis.
- Generate the job order for production run.
- Assist and support departmental purchase on indirect material by issuing PR to procurement department and follow up till the receiving of items.
- Coordinate with production on any stock / inventory count activities.
- Adhoc task by Top Management
Qualifications
Qualifications
Diploma in Administration, and related course
Experience
Preferred with 1 to 2 years working experience in related field.
Skill
Must be familiar with MRP system and Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate effectively with personnel of all levels.
Good personality.
