  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex priorities in a changing environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building professional relationships with various job functions.
  • Experience using productivity tools or AI technology to enhance administrative workflows.

You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $117000 – $171000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive executives.
  • Execute tasks efficiently while navigating ambiguity and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem-solve and prioritize under pressure.
  • Drive operational efficiency by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
