The Opportunity
Partner with our newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer, a distinguished energy executive with 20+ years of global experience across trading, midstream, and commercial operations. As his Executive Assistant, you’ll be the strategic right hand that enables smooth operations across high-stakes commercial activities at BKV Corporation.
Impact You’ll Make
Orchestrate a complex calendar that balances strategic priorities with operational demands
Manage communications that influence multi-million-dollar business relationships
Coordinate sophisticated travel arrangements across global energy markets
Create and refine essential documents and presentations for critical business decisions
Serve as the trusted gateway between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders
The Ideal Partner
Proven experience (5+ years) supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments
Exceptional judgment when making decisions on behalf of your executive
Advanced organizational skills with ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive commercial information
Forward-thinking problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments
