As the Executive Assistant to our member of the Executive Board, Head of Securities Services, you will act as a competent hub, working closely with internal and external interface partners and supporting him with administrative and managerial responsibilities.
What you will do
Providing administrative support to the Head of Securities Services in daily business activities, including inbox and calendar management, travel and expenses
Organizing offsite meetings, events, and workshops
Organizing business trips and conferences (including flights, hotels, transfers etc.) in line with company guidelines
Completing reports and creating presentation materials
Collecting supporting documents for scheduled meetings, ensuring they are received in a timely manner
Acting as a liaison between the Head of Securities Services and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating discretion, professionalism and a deep understanding of business priorities and sensitivities
What you bring
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience in setting-up processes
Excellent communication skills and manners, natural authority, high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Independent working style, high reliability and excellent organizational skills with a strong service orientation
Proficient in MS Office applications
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage)
