About the Role:
At our consulting firm, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant for our new company in the UAE. If you are excited about being the cornerstone of support in our daily operations and growing with an expanding company, this position is for you!
As an Executive Assistant, you will lead the organization and execution of daily tasks, ensuring efficient office operations and providing direct support to management. You will use your communication, organizational, and office tool proficiency skills to optimize our processes and contribute to the success of our clients in the corporate services and real estate development sectors.

Responsibilities:
Directly assist management with all daily tasks.
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel.
Prepare presentations and documents using MS Office.
Handle communication, including emails and calls.
Organize and maintain files and information systems.
Collaborate on tasks related to company formation and real estate development (knowledge is a plus).
Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
✔️ Resident and with previous experience in UAE (minimum 1 year-Mandatory).
✔️ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
✔️ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
✔️ Organized, proactive, and quick learner.
✔️ Experience or knowledge in company formation in UAE or real estate is a plus.
✔️ French language proficiency is a plus (not mandatory).
