Requirements

5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior executives

Strong writing and grammar skills to compose and proofread emails, letters, and presentations

Strong proficiency with Excel – ability to review data and create reports

Ability to proactively manage and coordinate calendars and schedule meetings

Ability to troubleshoot technical or equipment issues during remote and virtual meetings

Proven project management skills

Analytical capabilities and attention to detail
