We are looking for a bright, energetic and proactive Executive Assistant to CEO to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-potential individual who is keen to gain exposure beyond traditional secretarial duties and participate in executive-level business projects, commercial operations and strategic initiatives.

What you need to do:

Executive Support

  • Provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support directly to the CEO.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports and correspondence.
  • Organize board meetings, management meetings and business events.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Executive Assistant & Business Support

  • Assist the CEO in driving and coordinating strategic, operational and commercial projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, follow up on action items and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
  • Conduct research, prepare business analyses and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare management reports, business summaries and presentation materials to support decision-making.
  • Support management team members in commercial activities as required.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO, management team and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in special assignments and ad hoc projects across different business functions.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Finance or related disciplines.
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or similar roles supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • Strong numerical sense and ability to work comfortably with reports, budgets and business data.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability, business acumen, common sense and sound judgment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A fast learner with a positive, “can-do” attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in project coordination, business analysis, commercial support, or media-related industries will be an advantage.
