About the Company

Our client is a growing renewable energy platform focused on the development, financing, and operation of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage projects across Europe.

The European business is scaling quickly, with increasing transaction activity, financing processes, cross-border coordination, and senior stakeholder engagement.

The Role

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Europe.

This is a senior EA role suited to someone who is organised, discreet, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving international environment.

The role goes beyond diary management. It requires strong judgement, the ability to prioritise, and the confidence to act as a trusted gatekeeper and coordination point for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Arrange international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expenses
  • Prepare briefing packs ahead of board, investor, lender, and partner meetings
  • Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
  • Liaise with senior internal stakeholders, investors, banks, advisors, and partners
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
  • Track key actions, follow-ups, and strategic priorities
  • Support ad hoc projects, research, reporting, and office coordination where needed

Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
  • Background in renewables, infrastructure, finance, advisory, private equity, or a listed business would be helpful
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders including investors, lenders, and board members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
  • Strong PowerPoint and document formatting skills
  • Calm, proactive, discreet, and solution-focused
  • Comfortable working in a lean, growing European business
