About the Company
Our client is a growing renewable energy platform focused on the development, financing, and operation of utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage projects across Europe.
The European business is scaling quickly, with increasing transaction activity, financing processes, cross-border coordination, and senior stakeholder engagement.
The Role
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Europe.
This is a senior EA role suited to someone who is organised, discreet, commercially aware, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving international environment.
The role goes beyond diary management. It requires strong judgement, the ability to prioritise, and the confidence to act as a trusted gatekeeper and coordination point for the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex diary across multiple time zones
- Coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expenses
- Prepare briefing packs ahead of board, investor, lender, and partner meetings
- Draft and format correspondence, presentations, and internal documents
- Liaise with senior internal stakeholders, investors, banks, advisors, and partners
- Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion
- Track key actions, follow-ups, and strategic priorities
- Support ad hoc projects, research, reporting, and office coordination where needed
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite leaders
- Background in renewables, infrastructure, finance, advisory, private equity, or a listed business would be helpful
- Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders including investors, lenders, and board members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail
- Strong PowerPoint and document formatting skills
- Calm, proactive, discreet, and solution-focused
- Comfortable working in a lean, growing European business
