What your typical day will look like:

As a Digital Strategy Executive, you will start your career at the heart of where media planning, data, and performance meet. Working under the guidance of the Digital Strategy Director, you will support the day-to-day running of client campaigns, learning how strategies are built, activated across platforms, measured, and improved. Expect a mix of hands-on campaign support, research, reporting, and structured training. No two days look the same, and you will be given real responsibility early, with the support and coaching to grow into it.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Support the Digital Strategy team in the day-to-day coordination of assigned client accounts, including campaign trackers, timelines, briefs, and documentation.
  • Assist in building weekly and monthly performance reports by pulling and organising data from platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 & Adobe Analytics
  • Conduct research on audiences, competitors, category trends, and platform developments to support strategy development and new business pitches.
  • Join planning and status sessions with the media, biddable, and programmatic teams to learn how campaigns are planned, activated, optimised, and measured end to end.
  • Help prepare presentation decks and supporting materials for client meetings, internal reviews, and pitches.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail, raising questions early and applying feedback quickly.

A bit about you:

  • A recent graduate, or graduating soon, with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Mass Communication, Data Analytics, or a related field. Final-year students available for full-time employment are welcome to apply.
  • No prior full-time experience required. Internships, campus projects, freelance work, or running your own social/content channels in digital marketing will be viewed favourably.
  • A genuine interest in digital media and performance marketing, and the appetite to learn platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 & Adobe Analytics.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and confident using Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides, with the curiosity to spot patterns in data and explain them simply.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • A proactive, coachable attitude — you take feedback well, follow through on commitments, and are eager to learn every day.
